It's a small world
I can't express my happiness with Italy winning the WC. Not only because I had a good night of sleep but also because I'll have some peace and quite for the next 4 years. :o)

And, goodness, Mauresmo won Wimbledon? I have been watching too much WC. I also have no idea of what's going on with the Tour de France. Lance is not there, too much scandal that put Ulrich and Bassio out of the competition has made le Tour almost invisible. I'll catch up these days.

Hubbie left to Orlando. I wanted so bad to go on a Mickey Mouse tour with him and sing It's a small world with my son, but I currently don't have an American Visa and the process to get one is hopeless. 15 bucks on a phone call that never gets through to schedule a rendez-vous that I was never able to get. Then, a forecast of 2 months to process the visa. No wonder I haven't been to the US for 16 years now.

Things have not improved at my parents, apparently. My mom is now on pills - at least she lets my dad sleep. Geeezzz, what a drama...

Sunny outside, forecast of 35C this week. Running has come back as a habit. Life that goes on, nothing new. It's so good to have this for some time. Just wait until I start complaining about it.
